All ticket sales, vendor fees, and purchases related to the Holliday House “Spirit Summit” 2025 are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase or registration, you agree to the following terms:

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, schedule conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.

• If the event must be canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, safety concerns, or venue-related issues, the event will be rescheduled, and all tickets will be honored for the new date.

• Should you be unable to attend the rescheduled date, tickets may be transferred to another person upon written request.

• This policy applies to all ticket types, vendor reservations, and any additional paid services or sessions related to the event.

We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to grow and host meaningful, immersive experiences for our guests.
